Samsung Biologics signs MOU with Korean Labor Ministry to foster workplace safety
Samsung Biologics held a signing ceremony
at its Songdo headquarters with the Korean Ministry of Employment and Labor to
formalize its shared goal in promoting a safe workplace.
Upon the signing of the MOU, the Labor Ministry will utilize Samsung Biologics’ safety programs as best practices to implement in the industry, while the company remains dedicated to creating a positive working environment through its safety protocols and campaigns. Last month, Samsung Biologics also signed MOUs with 22 partner companies for enhanced safety awareness in the workplace.
“As a sustainable CDMO partner, we will take the lead in strengthening and cultivating a healthy and safe culture within the biopharma industry,” said Kun Lo, Executive Vice President of Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Validation (EPCV) at Samsung Biologics.
