Dubbed the ‘Samsung Biologics Way,’ the joint initiative, between union and management, seeks to create an inclusive and thriving culture, centered around mutual respect, transparent communication, shared responsibility. It also calls on employees to foster a global mindset and embrace change to advance the company’s mission to save lives through high-quality biomedicines and achieve sustainable growth.  


Union and management will continue to set objectives and strategies to enhance work quality, ensure personal development, and uphold the value of life.
