Samsung Biologics hosts its first metaverse Job Fair 

 

Samsung Biologics is hosting its job fair via a metaverse platform this year, allowing participation from anywhere at any time for interested job seekers. 

 

In the metaverse, the participants are able to take a virtual tour of the company’s facility, experiencing the entire site including Plants 1, 2, 3, and 4 without making an actual visit to the campus. The participants are also provided with an extensive information about the company, the job positions, and the corporate culture.

 

Real-time chat function with the recruiters and live Q&A sessions with the representatives from each business units are also available to encourage a more enhanced engagement between the company and the potential candidates. 

 

The event runs from March 11th to March 18th, closing at the end of this week.
