For Career Development, we provide systematic training opportunities, such as a range of continuing education courses, various leadership development programs, and language classes to help employees gain a deeper cultural understanding.

 


FOCUS ON HEALTH

For Health & Wellness, we provide employees with financial support for healthcare as well as access to health facilities like an in-house clinic, pharmacy, fitness center with personal training programs, mental health counseling center, and maternity and paternity leave.
