- Refrain from filing reports of the following nature:

- Those based on unverifiable rumors or false information
- Those intended to defame or slander an individual
- Those concerning matters that have already been submitted to the appropriate investigative authorities.
※ The contents of submitted reports will be kept strictly confidential, and the informant will be protected from retaliation or any unjust treatment

- We will support and protect informants in accordance with our Compliance Guidelines and other company policies.
- To encourage reporting, we guarantee anonymity, protection from retaliation or unjust treatment, and, where applicable, reduced liability for informants who were involved in the misconduct.
- We will not disclose any information without the informant’s consent. The identities of any parties mentioned in the reports will also be kept strictly confidential.
- We will protect and support all individuals who cooperate with the investigation process by providing statements, data, and other relevant information.
