Samsung Biologics Participates in CPhI Worldwide 2019 

 

Samsung Biologics will be participating in CPhI Worldwide (Messe Frankfurt, Germany) from 5th to 7th November. As the pharma industry’s largest event, CPhI Worldwide will host more than 36,000 professionals this year. 

 

The booth at Samsung Biologics, which will be located in Hall 12 (BioProduction Hall), #120D02, has gone through a major face lift with a black and silver color scheme, as a shift from the traditional blue Samsung has typically displayed. At the booth, clients and visitors are invited to take part in the experience zones including a cafe bar, VR zone, game zone, and more. In addition, a Samsung Galaxy Fold will be given away every day at the lottery ball station. 

 

Samsung Biologics Item Test 

 

There will be 5 speakers from Samsung Biologics presenting at three different sessions in CPhI this year: one at Manufacturing Stream, and two at BioProduction Theatre. Dr. Kenneth Green, Head of Cell Culture Manufacturing, is invited to talk about “Driving Continuous Improvement with Large Scale Manufacturing” at the Manufacturing Stream on Nov 5th at 4PM. Richard Lee (Head) and Brad Larson (Director) of Drug Product will present on “Reinventing the CMO Client Experience: Case Studies in Adapting to the Industry and Client Needs” also on Nov 5th at 11:50AM, while Kevin Sharp (Director, BD) and Regina Choi (Head of small-scale DS) will talk about “How to Accelerate to Market By Selecting the Right CDMO to Gain Competitive Advantage” on Nov6th at 2:30PM.
